At Aspiring 2 Inspire (A2i), we are committed to cultivating the brilliance within every young person. Founded on the belief that access to mentorship, education, and opportunity should never be a privilege, we’re building a community where youth are seen, heard, and supported.
Through carefully designed programs, community partnerships, and a team of passionate mentors, we provide real-world tools that foster personal growth, academic success, and leadership development. From our Critical Thinking Series to Holidays with Heroes, everything we do is grounded in love, purpose, and a deep desire to empower the next generation.
What started as a small local initiative has evolved into a movement of changemakers, advocates, and dreamers working together to create long-term impact.

At Aspiring 2 Inspire, our programs are designed to equip youth with critical life skills, build confidence, and create meaningful connections within their communities.
Our chess and sudoku programs challenge young minds to develop essential critical thinking skills, communicate and interact with others more effectively, and make more informed life decisions.
An annual celebration that honors deserving NYC youth from each of the five boroughs with breakfast at Dave & Buster’s, followed by a $200 shopping spree at Target, both located at Brooklyn’s Gateway Mall.
Aspiring 2 Inspire supports youth-oriented organizations through our partnerships with such entities as New York City Health & Hospitals, Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, Girls Write Now, No Limits for Youth, and the NYPD’s Explorer programs.
With DEI programs nationwide eliminated, Aspiring 2 Inspire is implementing essential programs that focus on developing critical thinking skills, education fundamentals, and exposure to life skills, career paths, and financial literacy that help youth succeed within and beyond the classroom.
